Suspects being chased by police stripped off and left their clothes behind as well as dumping "a large amount of cash and drugs". The suspects fled police in Cardiff and ditched their clothes as well as drugs and thousands of pounds in cash during the chase.
A tweet from South Wales Police shared a picture of thousands of pounds of cash in an evidence bag along with details of the chase which took place in the east of the Welsh capital and seemingly left the scantily-clad suspects at large. Officers are continuing to investigate the incident.
South Wales Police's roads policing unit said in a tweet in the early hours of Sunday, May 7: "Following a pursuit in the east of Cardiff the persons made off and discarded their clothing in the process. Poor decision on their part when we found it along with a large amount of cash and drugs. Inquiries ongoing."
