A man has been charged after a car was set alight in Wirral.
Brian Nolan, 47, appeared at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court this morning, August 17, facing a charge of arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.
According to the charges, Nolan, of Prenton, is accused of destroying a grey Audi A4 belonging to Connor Atkinson on August 14. The report states he was being reckless as to whether the property would be destroyed or damaged and whether the life of another would be thereby endangered

Also on the same date of August 14, Brian was charged with threatening Tracy Roscoe, allegedly claiming that he would destroy property belonging to her, and intending that she would fear that the threat would be carried out.
Nolan, of Beechwood Drive, will appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday, September 14.
