A father's trip to Manchester Airport to help out his daughter sparked a wave of criticism over the parking prices there and we want to hear your thoughts in our survey.
Nick Shaw, 64, from Scarborough was left stunned after being hit with a £20 fee for two hours parking at Terminal 2 last month.
His daughter also saw a £12 charge for parking a hire car in the same multi-storey car park for less than an hour.

A short stay drop off area is also available at a price of £5 for five minutes and £6 for ten minutes. An overstay charge of £25 is then applied after 10 minutes.
The story has seen some of our readers react strongly against the prices, with one saying: “He is right. The car parking there is an absolute con. 20 quid for 2 hrs, is daylight robbery.”
Another person said: “Manchester Airport is a perfect example of extortionate monopoly pricing for poor service and facilities.”
One reader was even made to think twice about their travels, saying: “The car parks should be avoided at all costs, it’s a rip off. It puts me off going on holiday."
Some else added: “Manchester airport is mounting a determined campaign to prevent passengers from reaching the airport.”

But not quite everyone was sympathetic to the costs, with one person saying: “People spend thousands to go on holiday. Tens in tipping abroad but are moaning about a measly fiver to drop off outside the doors. Seriously!”
Another person brought up other means of travel, saying: “The airport is served by trams/trains/buses, all every 15 minutes or even more frequently. Taxis know to drop you off next to the bus station, where they don't get charged extra.”
Although in response another reader commented: “Not everyone can access public transport, nor lives on a specific transport route.”
