Liverpool FC fans are being forced to travel to London for the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City, on a weekend when trains from Merseyside to London have been cancelled, and we want to know what you think.
Diogo Jota's late goal against Nottingham Forest set up the first FA Cup semi-final for the Reds since 2015, pitting the Anfield outfit against their fiercest rivals for the Premier League title over the weekend of April 16. But Avanti West Coast won't run trains into London Euston from April 15 to 18 because of engineering work on the West Coast Main Line, plunging both sets of fans into a logistical nightmare.
Following an outcry, the FA released a statement, saying: “The FA will be liaising closely with both Liverpool FC and Manchester City FC on all match arrangements, including supporters travel for the upcoming Emirates FA Cup Semi Final fixture at Wembley Stadium, with further details to be announced in due course. We are also continuing to work with both Network Rail and National Express to find a solution so that supporters of both teams are able to travel to and from the fixture with as minimal disruption as possible.”

But many fans are suggesting the semi-final is moved to the north. The ECHO wants to hear if readers back a move to the north, or even a postponement of the match to a day without rail disruption.
