Director Davis expressed his concern, stating, 'I must state in stark terms that the current and evolving threat environment facing the judiciary constitutes a substantial risk to our democracy.' The director further noted that alongside explicit threats through messages, calls, and written correspondences, there has been a worrisome surge in general threats on social media platforms.
