Garrett was the first overall pick out of Texas A&M by Cleveland in 2017. He had seven sacks as a rookie and has his been in double digits every season since.
Garrett had his second straight 14-sack season in 2024. The 6-foot-4, 272-pound defensive end has 102.5 sacks in his career.
