Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea all saw their Premier League seasons affected by their weekend result with each team enjoying different fortunes. For the Gunners it was another hard-fought victory, minus the late dramatics from last weekend, against Leicester, while Chelsea and Spurs came to blows in a London derby at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Blues came into the clash in desperate need of a victory having won just one game from 10 played in 2023, however Spurs were not in a giving mood. Second half goals from Oliver Skipp and Harry Kane handed Spurs the victory and subsequently piled more pressure on Chelsea boss Graham Potter.
Calls for him to be sacked grew stronger after last weekend's defeat to Southampton and another loss to the Blues' London rivals looks set to only increase those claims.
