Eminem sent Super Bowl fans wild as he seemingly defied orders not to take the knee during the eagerly anticipated half-time show.
The superstar rapper took the knee during his epic set in a message of defiance after the league had warned the star not to make a stance.
There had been widespread reports that he and his fellow headliners, including Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg and Mary J Blige, were to be heavily censored from making any political statements during their performance.
But the 8 Mile star wasn't prepared to be silenced and made the huge statement in the impressive mashup.
Fans were loving his actions too and flocked to Twitter to let their feelings known.
One user wrote: "Eminem is the man. Great to see him take the knee after his performance. #SuperBowl #PepsiHalftime"
Another agreed, and quoted his famous lyrics, saying: "Eminem took a knee- hell yeah!
"You only get one shot do not miss your chance to blow this opportunity comes once in a lifetime, yo. Great halftime show @NFL!"

And a fourth shared their love for the action and the half-time show in general, writing: "That was easily the greatest halftime show of all time.

Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg opened procedures at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, as some of the noughties' icons put on a show to remember.
The star-studded performance mixed a host of classic tunes to which the adoring crowd rightly lapped up.
Minutes into the set, 50 Cent surprised fans as he joined the party - hanging upside down - as viewers on Twitter flocked to comment on the extravagant entrance.
It was then the turn of Mary J Blige to wow the crowd and the jam-packed crowd went crazy throughout, cheering their idols as the huge show gripped the audience.
Kendrick Lamar put on a brilliant performance before Eminem took centre stage to blast his classic lyrics, including Lose Yourself.
Dr Dre was spotted loving the moment as the lights continued to dazzle around the impressive stadium.
As Snoop Dogg and Dre took back to the microphones to wrap up the epic half-time show, there were deafening cheers as an impressive firework display brought an end to the mashup.
