Athiya Shetty has been in the news recently because of her link-up rumours with cricketer KL Rahul. The recent pictures posted by Athiya Shetty on her social media suggested that the actress is in England, currently accompanying KL Rahul for the five-match test series.
Apart from Athiya Shetty posting pictures on social media, as per a recent report by an online portal, KL Rahul reportedly listed Athiya Shetty as his partner in the documents he submitted to the BCCI and also communicated the same to them.
We asked Athiya Shetty’s father Suniel Shetty about the relationship she shares with KL Rahul and also asked him if she’s in England along with the cricketer. Reacting on the same, Suniel Shetty said, “They are reports, I’ve no comments on them.”

While Suniel Shetty chose to avoid commenting on Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul’s England trip, the couple seems to be quite comfortable on sharing updates from their experiences on social media. On the work front, Athiya Shetty was last seen in ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’ in 2019. She’ll be making an appearance in footballer Afshan Ashiq’s biopic ‘Hope Solo’ where she will be seen playing the lead role.
