Music and entertainment retailer HMV is re-locating to a new larger store in Sunderland this Friday, with a huge range of merchandise available for collectors to browse and buy.
The 4,058 sq ft store situated in the Bridges shopping centre will offer a more spacey setting for music and pop culture fans to make the most of.
Vinyl fans will be able to browse 3,600 different vinyl albums, while the store will also stock 2,800 different CDs, 4,650 films and TV shows on 4K Ultra HD, Blu Ray and DVD as well as over 2,600 pop culture products across franchises such as Stranger Things, Pokemon, Star Wars, Marvel and DC, with over 400 different T-shirt designs.

The first 25 customers to visit on Friday and make a purchase will also receive a completely free of charge opening day goodie bag, and a new 'HMV delivers' service is also being launched. In which, shoppers will be able to order any items not currently stocked at the city centre store to be delivered directly to their door.
The new outlet set-up and ready to run in units 43-44 will be staffed by team members from the previous store. HMV's relocation comes after occasion retailer Clinton Cards shut its doors early last month.

- Sunday: 11:00 – 17:00
