Sunderland's game against Birmingham City gets new date after Sky Sports decision

Sunderland's Sky Bet Championship clash with Birmingham City has been selected for live broadcasting. The match, which will be the final game for Tony Mowbray's side before the World Cup in Qatar, has been moved to Friday, 11 November.

The original fixture was set to be played the following day with kick-off at 3pm. However, the fixture will now kick off at 8pm on Friday.

The Black Cats will be hoping to continue their early signs of good form come the winter break. Mowbray's side will have played 20 games when the time comes to cease for the World Cup.
