Sunderland fans have been singing the praises of Northern Ireland defender Trai Hume following his performance against Blackpool on New Year's Day.
Hume impressed for Tony Mowbray's side as they came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw at Bloomfield Road.
Fellow Northern Ireland star Shayne Lavery had given Blackpool a first-half lead, but the Black Cats responded after the break to claim a share of the points through Ross Stewart's goal.

Hume's display earned plenty of praise from Sunderland's supporters.
One fan said: "The more I watch Hume, the more I question why he hasn’t played more often. His delivery into the box is excellent. Ability to win the ball in the air is excellent. Defensively pretty sound. Still very young."
Another added: "TM must have given great team talk at HT, came to play that second half. Hume, Diallo and Roberts unreal linking up, Stewart with goal... again and Ba from bench really took it another level, unreal again. Feels like two points dropped but seven from nine is still decent."
Marley said: "Trai Hume had a decent game today he didn’t put a foot wrong imo."
Hume has made eight appearances in the Championship this season but has mostly started games from the bench.
Some fans believe the 20-year-old has earned his place in the starting XI.
The Roker Report website said: " After (Lynden) Gooch’s injury against Blackburn, this time around Hume was taken his opportunity brilliantly.
"The Northern Ireland international has assisted in both matches, delivered excellent crosses, been an aerial threat and has also been firm in the tackle (see James McClean), which was something he was criticised for against Burnley.
"Hume was awarded Man of the Match in Andy’s Player Ratings and I think he now deserves to keep the right-back position until he loses it himself, rather than being instantly taken out if Gooch can play."
Andy Tomlinson of Roker Report awarded Hume his Man of the Match from Sunday's game.
He said: " Did well at right back today and is making a case to be Sunderland’s first choice in that position, even when injuries clear up.
"Defended well all game, got forward to good effect with some dangerous crosses and notched an assist with a clever header to Ross Stewart."
