The forecast calls for a high in the low 40s and a low in the 20s. The game kicks at 3 p.m. ET so look for the weather not to be a factor, especially since there is a minimal chance of precipitation.
In Kansas City, where the Chiefs will play host to the Bills at 6:30 p.m. ET, a high of 33 is expected Sunday with a low of 21. Like Philadelphia, ehances of snow or rain are minimal.
