Sullivan says U.S. strongly condemns terrorist attack in Mogadishu

White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan said on Sunday that the U.S. "strongly condemns the terrorist attack" in Mogadishu, where car bombs exploded at Somalia's education ministry next to a busy market, killing at least 100 people.
