Suella Braverman is no longer the Home Secretary, according to reports.
The Guardian is reporting that Ms Braverman, who was only appointed to her role by Liz Truss last month, has now left the position. The news comes after under-fire Ms Truss cleared her diary and called off a pre-planned visit as she desperately attempts to save her own position.
The beleaguered Prime Minister was due to visit a defence technology company this afternoon but cancelled last minute. The Guardian reports that Ms Truss was given the news by the departing Home Secretary at a meeting in the House of Commons around the same time.

Sources told the Guardian Political Editor Pippa Crerar that the move came about because of the new Chancellor Jeremy Hunt, who has already cancelled the vast majority of Ms Truss's economic plans after replacing Kwasi Kwarteng as Chancellor last week.
It is also beinf reported that former Transport Secretary Grant Shapps could replace the outgoing Home Secretary. This would signal another huge change of course from Ms Truss with Mr Shapps previously an open critic of her plans. It would cement the view that new Chancellor Jeremy Hunt is calling many of the shots in government now.
It is not currently clear whether Ms Braverman resigned or was sacked by the under-pressure Prime Minister. ITV Political Editor said sources have told him that she was asked to resign over an issue relating to 'security.'
Times Political Editor Steven Swinford has also reported the security issue line and that Mr Shapps will be stepping into the position.
