Sue Gray report finds 'serious failings' in No 10 - here's the internet's best reactions

The Sue Gray report is finally here, and as fury continues to spread up and down the country over Boris Johnson's partygate, Brits have responded in the most British way possible - by flooding the internet with memes, because how else would we cope in a crisis?

Gray's report found "failures of leadership and judgement" over parties which took place at No 10 Downing Street during lockdown restrictions, that simply "should not have been allowed."

Since its release, the Prime Minister has taken a verbal beating in the House of Commons, including a gut punch from former PM Theresa May, who told the house: "Either he had not read the rules, or understood the rules, or thought they didn't apply to him - which was it?"

Meanwhile, on social media, Brits have been having their own say on the scandal, in the form of hilarious memes and they're taking no prisoners.

While millions are understandably upset by the findings, many have simply responded mocking the scarce 12-page document, which took weeks to produce.

Gray has since suggested the report is simply an "update" and not the full report she had been preparing before the Metropolitan Police intervened.

But, as we know, that will never stop the British public from going into full p***-taking mode and so far Twitter has been saturated with hilarious means making fun of the report.

With the Met Police still conducting its investigations into dozens of alleged parties and gatherings in No 10, the trial by social media doesn't look set to end any time soon. Keep the memes coming.
