Subway has announced h the launch of its new Series Menu – a collection of 15 new chef-inspired Subs, SubMelts, Wraps and Salads. Subway worked with chefs to create the 15 new options on the Series menu.
The Series menu features seven new Subs including Subway’s first-ever all day breakfast-inspired sandwich, the Big Breakwich, with maple glazed streaky bacon, Lincolnshire sausage, hash browns and poached eggs and the Mexican-inspired Tex Mexan with salsa, chicken breast and Doritos, including the all new x-spicy chipotle Southwest sauce.
Four new SubMelts also join the menu - hot toasted panini-style Subs - including the pizza-inspired Pizziola, the vegetarian friendly SubMelt, Supremo and the Big Cheese-Steak.
And there are also two Wraps including the Rockin’ Moroccan with a spiced plant patty packed with onions, sauces and salads and two Salads, featuring the Fine Catch; Subway’s take on a Niçoise salad with tuna mayonnaise, poached eggs and black olives on a bed of crispy salad.
The full range of options on the new Subway Series menu, available in restaurants now, is:
Subs:
· The Baller - Includes Subway’s new-recipe pork & beef meatballs, layered with marinara sauce and topped with Monterey Jack cheddar, peppers, pepperoni and crispy onions.
· Notorious B.M.T. - Layers of ham, pepperoni and salami, topped with Monterey Jack cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and red onions - covered in Subway’s chipotle Southwest sauce.
· Tex Mexan - Chicken breast strips, grated mozzarella, cheddar, and Doritos. On top, there’s tomato salsa, peppers, sweetcorn and X-spicy chipotle Southwest sauce.
· Big Bombay - Double sauces (sweet onion and garlic & herb) and double American-style cheese, on top of marinated chicken tikka, peppers, red onions and lettuce.
· Great Caesar - Chicken breast and smoked streaky bacon, covered with double American-style cheese and a salad of thick-cut iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and crispy onions - with tasty Caesar sauce.
· Big Breakwich – Introducing Subway’s take on a cooked breakfast, that can be enjoyed for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Streaky bacon and a Lincolnshire sausage patty accompanied by crispy hash browns, poached eggs, double American-style cheese, and ketchup.
· Meatless Philly (V) - Created in partnership with the Vegetarian Butcher, the Meatless Philly is plant-based steak, double American- style cheese, teriyaki sauce, red onions, and peppers.
SubMelts:
· Big Cheese-Steak - Philly-style steak, with mozzarella, American-style cheese, caramelised red onions, peppers and chipotle Southwest sauce.
· Tuna Kahuna – Tuna mayonnaise with melted mozzarella and American-style cheese, topped with caramelised red onions, peppers, sweet onion sauce and black pepper.
· Supremo (V) - The vegetarian SubMelt comes with slices of mozzarella, American-style cheese, pesto made with basil, marinara sauce, peppers and black pepper.
· Pizziola - Smoky pepperoni, ham, salami, creamy mozzarella, American-style cheese and a mixture of peppers, red onions, and marinara sauce.
Wraps & Salads:
· Rockin’ Moroccan (VE) Wrap - A spiced plant patty, sweet onion and garlic & herb sauces, crispy onions, lettuce, cucumber, and peppers, with marinara sauce in a toasted tortilla wrap.
· Emperor Wrap – Chicken breast strips, sweet onion and teriyaki sauces, with crispy onions, iceberg lettuce, cucumber and fresh peppers served in a toasted tortilla wrap.
· Great Goddess Salad - chicken breast and basil pesto on iceberg lettuce, cucumber, fresh tomatoes and peppers - topped with grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese.
· Fine Catch Salad – Inspired by the classic French niçoise, crispy lettuce salad is topped with tuna mayonnaise, poached eggs, black olives, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers and finished with a twist of black pepper.
