Stylish Kate Middleton remains unruffled despite windy weather on baby charity visit

Kate Middleton cut a stylish figure as she arrived at a Little Village Hub in north-east London - despite strong winds doing their best to mess up her hair.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, was photographed arriving in Brent on Wednesday for a visit to the charity she has worked with for a number of years which provides essentials to families with young children.

Little Village Hub collects pre-loved clothes, toys and kit for babies and children up to five years old and ensures they are passed on to families who need them.

In 2020, Kate helped to get 19 British brands and retailers to donate more than 10,000 new items to more than 40 baby banks nationwide operated by Little Village, Baby Basics and AberNecessities, OK! reports.

Her Royal Highness has also previously visited baby banks in Sheffield and West Norfolk where she spent time helping to unload deliveries, sort donations, and spoke with families about their experiences of using their local baby bank services.

The charity describes itself as being “like a food bank, but for clothes, toys and equipment for babies and children up to the age of five”.

The appearance marked Kate’s first solo outing following the Queen's Jubilee celebrations over the weekend, where her three children stole the show in their rare appearances – from George's sweet singing during the Jubilee concert and Louis' cheeky Buckingham Palace balcony appearance.

For her visit to the charity, mum-of-three Kate wore a fitted white blazer jacket and top, paired with tailored black trousers.

She styled her brunette tresses down and straight, and wore minimal makeup during the appearance.

Keeping accessories to a minimum, Kate completed her outfit with simple gold dangling earrings and a quilted clutch bag.

Little Village is the country’s largest baby bank charity, with eight different branches across London. Brent’s hub opened in November last year.

Kate’s trip to North-East London comes after a busy bank holiday made up of Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

For the Queen’s Thanksgiving service at St. Paul’s Cathedral on Friday 3 June, Kate wowed in an all-yellow ensemble alongside her husband Prince William.

She wore a canary yellow dress by Emilia Wickstead, and opted for a matching shade on her head with a Philip Treacy hat.

On her feet she wore some £560 Gianvito Rossi court shoes, which she is said to favour highly, and has them in many different colours.

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Cambridge showed off her more casual side in snaps shared of her making Jubilee cupcakes with her children Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four.

In the adorable family photos, Kate donned a pink gingham blouse and blue jeans as the foursome baked cakes for the local community in Cardiff ahead of their trip to the Welsh city.

Mum Kate, the kids and Prince Willam went on to put on a united front in Cardiff as they made a royal visit at Cardiff Castle, where they met royal fans.

Kate and William were pictured holding their eldest children’s hands as they chatted to local people.
