Students at two Pacific Palisades elementary schools that were devastated by fire are resuming their education in new locations. Palisades Charter Elementary School students are now attending classes at Brentwood Elementary Science Magnet, which is located five miles away. Meanwhile, Marquez Charter Elementary students have been relocated to Nora Sterry Elementary, which is 10 miles away.

Alberto Carvalho, the superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District, personally welcomed students at the temporary location in Brentwood. He emphasized the district's commitment to helping the students return to a sense of normalcy during this challenging time.
