Liverpool are continuing preparations for the new Premier League season.
On Thursday morning, the club announced the signing of Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton & Hove Albion. The 24-year-old has signed a long-term deal at Anfield and arrives for an undisclosed fee.
And now fans have been offered a glimpse of what the club’s new third strip for next season might look like. Liverpool have already released their new home kit, and now a third home shirt has been leaked online.
The shirt, which is purple with a black trim, also features Liverpool's long-term sponsors Standard Chartered in their traditional place , plus sleeve sponsor Expedia. The picture does not include any images of shorts or socks.

While a video posted on social media last month appeared to leak Liverpool’s away strip for the new season, the Reds, going off the video, are set to wear green and white as their away kit again, for the first time since 2017/18.
The pattern on the kit follows a similar one used by New Balance during the 2017/18 season, which featured green patches on the right side, covering the badge. In contrast, the rumoured strip for next season has white over the Liverpool badge.
