Being a dancer on the Strictly Come Dancing tour clearly makes you work up an appetite and stars from the BBC show have heaped praise on the delicious coffee from a Newcastle café, after arriving in the city on Wednesday.
Less than two months after the dust settled on another series of the smash hit BBC show, a number of couples have made the transition from the Strictly ballroom to arenas across the country, as the live tour entertains packed audiences nationwide. This year's Strictly live tour kicked off in Birmingham on January 20 and since then has travelled to Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield.
And Tyneside is where the Strictly celebs and pro dancers are calling home for the next few days, as the tour takes up residence at the Utlita Arena. Ahead of night one and after a late night journey up from Sheffield on the tour bus, the Strictly stars headed out to explore Newcastle and their stroll through the city took them in the direction of Flore in Central Arcade, right in the heart of the city.
The massively Instagrammable haunt has established itself as a massive favourite over the past year and Kiss FM DJ Tyler West couldn't wait to heap praise on one particular dish on its menu - the Biscoff latte.
Having posted a shot of Flore's plush interior, Tyler then posted a photo of the lattes, he and is co-stars ordered and writing: "Some appreciation for the @lotusbiscoff lattes we all had in @florecafe earlier."
After enjoying their very tasty looking drinks, it was time for the Strictly cast to head back to the arena, before Tyler and his pro partner Dianne Buswell, a couple many fans believed should have gone further in the competition, had the task of kicking the whole thing off with their Charleston.
