The cast of the current Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour certainly let their hair down on Sunday night as they partied until 3am.
Dance professionals including Aljaz Skorjanec and his presenter wife Janette Manrara, Strictly judge Craig Revel Horwood, dancer Johannes Radebe, and celebs including Tilly Ramsay and Rose Ayling-Ellis partied, drank and danced until the wee hours following an exhausting double performance day.
The stars are in the midst of the official 2022 Strictly Live Tour which will see them dancing for the general public’s pleasure at huge arenas up and down the UK until the middle of February.
On Sunday, they performed a matinee and a main evening show at the Utilita Arena Birmingham – and are now enjoying a rare day off on Monday.
Pro dancer turned presenter Janette, 38, granted fans an incredible Access All Areas pass over the weekend as she shared videos from behind-the-scenes via Instagram all day on Sunday.
By the end of the day, the exhausted group of celebs and dancers looked ready to relax as they played card games and enjoyed drinks on the official tour bus.
Sharing the video with her fans, Janette said: “Basically, the show is over. Amazing shows in Birmingham.
“Now we get a day off, a little bit of rest on the bus. And that is a whole day on the double show day.”
But the cards and drinks on the bus seemed to be just the beginning of celebrations as some of the group partied late into the night.
Meanwhile, photos of Aljaz, 31, Craig, 57, and 19-year-old Tilly show them puffing on cigarettes, hugging each other, and dancing at a Birmingham bar.
The stars looked relaxed in tracksuits as they let off steam away from the dancefloor.
The MailOnline report that the group, including Tilly, partied until 3am – “even though she had revealed she was due to sit a university exam at 9am” on Monday.
The cast and crew of the show have been stealing sleep whenever they can, however, as Tilly and co-star Rose, 27, napped together between performances on Sunday.
The duo shared adorable photographs of themselves snuggled up together as they caught some z’s backstage at their Birmingham shows.
Sharing the tender moment with her own followers on Instagram, Tilly writing: “@rose.a.e we eve hold hands whilst sleeping” along with a rolling on the floor laughing emoji face.
Indeed, the snap showed Tilly hugging Rose from behind while they rested on a sofa – with their hands in each others.
The Strictly Live Tour is to next take in the First Direct Arena in Leeds where the group will be dancing over two days.
While the tour eventually ends on February 13th in London’s O2 Arena, ‘The Professionals’ won’t have much time to rest as their long-delayed separate tour will kick off in April.
This will see the professional dancers from the hit BBC show touring the UK all the way to the very end of May – which will take them just three months away from the Strictly 2022 show launch.
