Strictly Come Dancing star Saffron Barker has showed her Instagram followers a "literal hole in [her] foot" as she shared a picture of her grim injury.
The YouTuber, who is currently appearing on E4 's The Real Dirty Dancing, turned to Instagram for some advice after she suffered a shoulder injury.
She wrote: "Would love for any advice please! My shoulder has popped out and into place a few times now and it's painful when lifting my arm etc.
"I'm trying to give it rest and get an appointment to see someone but I can't really understand why it's happening and what I can do to stop it happening."
Saffron then told her followers that her shoulder wasn't her only injury and gave a warning about the graphic image to follow.
She added: "As well as my arm/shoulder I also can't run at the moment or do cardio because I have a literal hole in my foot. DON'T watch the next slide if you don't want to see how gross it is lol."
The dancer continued: "A literal hole in my foot. Soooo....feeling annoyed that I can't seem to do any sort of exercise at the moment cause I'm a lil injured here, there and everywhere."
Saffron took part in the 2019 series of BBC 's Strictly Come Dancing, alongside I'm A Celebrity 's AJ Pritchard.
Ahead of her appearance on the show, Saffron had already racked up over two million subscribers on her YouTube channel.
She joined Strictly after the success of YouTube star Joe Sugg on the show a year earlier.
Despite her history of dancing, the star claimed that she "nearly died" due to the vigorous nature of training for The Real Dirty Dancing.
The 21-year-old said that there were "falls every day" and that it wasn't "nice like Ballroom and Latin like Strictly".
Not only has Dirty Dancing proven a challenge with more falls, but Saffron said that the more intimate dancing has taken her out of her comfort zone.
She said: "Going in a ballroom hold is fine but Dirty Dancing like grinding on a stranger, that’s not normal to me."
TOWIE alum James Argent also spoke on the nature of the "bumping and grinding" on the show, telling New! that he remains professional.
When asked if he could understand how the Strictly Curse has come to happen he said: "Oh, for sure. Especially if you fancy your partner and you're bumping and grinding and all that."
He has insisted that he remains professional, saying: "It depends what kind of dance you're doing as well, I suppose.
"I kept it professional, though. I don't get too excited."
