Strictly's Nadiya Bychkova and Kai Widdrington appeared to have a lover's tiff on Sunday night.
The professional dancers - who recently confirmed their romance after snaps of them kissing emerged - looked tense as they glared at one another during an animated exchange at Sheffield's Mercure Hotel, in snaps obtained by The Sun.
According to reports things became heated between the pair due to Kai, 26, not carrying Nadiya's bags.
Nadiya, 32, apparently became "irritable" by his lack of chivalry with them "making it clear they weren’t happy".
An onlooker told the outlet: “They were squabbling with things getting pretty animated.
“It seemed to start over Kai not carrying Nadiya’s bags and she got irritable.
“But then it seemed to spiral a bit and they were both making it clear they weren’t happy. It’s only been a few weeks but it looks like a bit of trouble in paradise."
The source added that the duo "took separate room keys" after the row but explained that "nobody knows" if they shared a room.
“They both took separate hotel room keys, but nobody knows whether they shared.”
Last week, following speculation that Kai and Nadiya were more than friends, they were snapped locking lips.
The pair are currently travelling around the UK as part of the Strictly Come Dancing tour - but managed to enjoy a laid-back date during some downtime at Malmaison Newcastle on Thursday.

The dancers were having some downtime with Kai dressed in a black knitted hat teamed with a grey jacket and Nadiya donned a baby blue jacket and pale grey cap.
Former Britain's Got Talent star Kai was first to arrive at the location for his brief meeting with Nadiya.
She was then spotted strolling into the venue before they visited a Starbucks for a coffee.
They were together for 30 minutes before leaving separately.
It is understood that Kai has been there for Nadiya following her recent split from fiancé Matija Skarabot.
