Matt Goss has admitted having to battle it out against Kaye Adams in last weekend's dance-off was 'one of the most uncomfortable things' he's ever done, after the judges decided to save him.
While bookies were rather positive about music legend Matt's chances of doing well on Strictly, when he was confirmed as a contestant back in August, their optimism has yet to be reflected by the Bros' star's performances, with him languishing near the bottom of the leaderboard two weeks in a row.
He and pro partner Nadiya Bychkova certainly looked the part on Saturday night as they took to the floor to perform a samba to Saturday Night Fever anthem Night Fever, but, once again, the judges were far from bowled over by what they saw, awarding the couple just 22 out of 40.

That put Matt and Nadiya on exactly the same score as Kaye and Tony Adams, with the trio bringing up the rear on Saturday's leaderboard. Former Arsenal defender Tony managed to avoid the dreaded dance-off after the viewer vote, leaving Matt and Kaye to compete against each to stay in the competition.
After both Matt and Nadiya and Kaye and her pro partner Kai Widdrington r eprised their routine, judges Craig Revel-Horwood, Motsi MAbvuse and Anton Du Beke kept Matt on Strictly as they voted to save him, with only head judge Shirley Ballas backing Kaye, saying she'd have made the opposite decision to her colleagues.
Plenty of viewers agreed with Shirley and, after Kaye broke her silence on her early Strictly exit on Instagram, Matt was quick to respond in the comment section, hinting that he found going up against her really tough. Replying to Kaye's post,. Matt wrote: "You are already incredibly missed so much!! , for me it was one of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever done… Doing something called a dance off with somebody you really care for."
He added: " know you know how much you mean to me, only love Kaye."
