Maisie Smith was flooded with the same comment as she shared a string of images from her latest trip with Max George. The couple, who went public with their relationship in September, have been quite the jet-setters in recent months.
Maisie, 21, and Max, 34, spent much of the end of last year out of the UK as they headed on a trip to Lapland before soaking up the winter son in Dubai. But as the pair rung in their first new year as a couple, they decided to ditch the UK again and headed out to New York.
The former EastEnders actress and The Wanted singer flew across the pond spending Christmas in Essex with Maisie's family - marking their sixth holiday together just months after making their relationship public. Celebrating the start of 2023, Maisie shared a video of the pair sealing the end of 2022 with a kiss.

"NYE in NYC" she captioned the post followed by a love heart emoji. Maisie and Max, who met on Strictly Come Dancing back in 2020 before striking up a relationship last year, have also been sharing other snaps and video clips from their trips on their individual Instagram pages.
Earlier this week, Maisie could be seen keeping cosy and warm as she paired a long fur-trimmed puffer coat with a beige cardigan and brown cargo pants as she strutted the streets of New York with her beau. "Live laugh love," she captioned the post containing the string of images.
Former Stritly co-star Rhys Stephenson replied: "It’s giving winter Lara Croft," while Max posted a string of heart emojis in the comments section. But Maisie's followers were instantly left confused by what appeared to be her odd choice of shoes. @pariiisrose commented: "Have you got odd shoes on. Love the coat! Looks amazing! Happy new year!"
@_kimboleee_ asked: "Have you got odd shoes on?? it’s really stressing me out not knowing." @c_8ear echoed: "Are you wearing odd shoes?" @jennifer_r_b_official wrote: "All I see is odd shoes or am I tripping." @emilytribblex posted: "Have I lost the plot or have you got odd shoes on…I mean I’ve had a rough few weeks…ps you look unreal." @jessicajj25 added: "Why Mismatched shoes."
But one follower, @char___xox, appeared to know what was going on and cleared things up. They wrote: "Guys they’re not odd shoes, they look like the Travis Scott Air 1s basically there’s a waterproof cover on them that you can take on and off. So on one shoe it’s on and the others off."
