Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton insists being sexy isn't her "priority" anymore.
The Countryfile presenter - who was left devastated when she split from her estranged husband Richie Myler just four months after she gave birth to their third child - appeared on ITV's Lorraine today where her and professional dance partner Gorka Marquez chatted about their upcoming performance on the BBC One Latin and ballroom show.
Helen also revealed the advice Gorka's fiancé Gemma Atkinson had been given to her. Gemma met Gorka when she appeared on the show herself and they have since got engaged and had baby Mia.
As she chatted with Christine Lampard about doing the show with kids, Helen admitted her focus and priority was her kids - rather than on being "sexy and sassy", something which is required for her Cha Cha Cha this week.
The pair will dance the Cha Cha Cha to Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande's track 'Rain On Me' this Saturday, with one of the contestants set to depart the show on Sunday evening and become the first to leave.
For her dance, Gorka has warned her she needs to channel "sexy and sassy" but she admitted that wasn't her main thought away from the show, as she has been busy looking after her three kids.
Speaking to Christine, she admitted it wasn't her "priority" anymore, and later, she opened up about the advice Gemma Atkinson has been giving her on the show - and how to speak to her pro partner Gorka.
"She messages me and tells me, just tell him, tell him that. She's done the show so she gets it," Helen shared, whilst Gorka then added of Gemma's advice: "She knows how hard it is as a celebrity doing the show but also she knows how hard I can be sometimes and how picky I can be sometimes with things so she's a good person to get tips from."
Gorka feels lucky to see his daughter Mia all the time during filming, adding: "I get to see her every night when I come home and she's so excited to see me dancing," as Helen then chimed in to reveal her kids' request from Gorka.
"My kids just want to learn the moonwalk from him; they've already asked him, haven't they?" she added.
