Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skelton took a night off from practice as she let her hair down with Ellie Taylor.
The presenter was spotted letting her hair down outside the entrance of the contestant's hotel ahead of Saturday's Movie Week show.
Helen, 38, appeared to be taking advantage of her down time following a week of full-on training with her dance partner Gorka Marquez, 32.
With her long blonde hair flowing effortlessly past her shoulders, the Blue Peter presenter flashed a few inches of her toned tummy.
She wore a white cropped top, which she teamed with a pair of hot red trousers.
It was the outfit she was seen wearing earlier that night as she and Gorka arrived for Strictly's spin-off show It Takes Two.
Ellie, 38, cut a more relaxed figure in a grey Adidas hoodie and flared black trousers.
The comedian was without a drink in her hand, but looked to be in high spirits as she chatted with Helen.
Paying tribute to the late Olivia Newton-John, Helen was transformed into Sandy as she and Gorka danced to the Grease soundtrack.
The couple scooped a score of 31 - Helen's highest score since the show began.
Craig Revel-Horwood, who has been their biggest critic throughout, said that the routine was "beautiful", but added that their finishes "needed some work".
Helen stunned in a 1950s style button shirt and skirt with plenty of peticoat action.
She recently spoke about how the toughest part of being on the dance show is the "horrible" voting process.
"As soon as it came to the Sunday show, and we realised that one of us had to go home, I became really conscious of the voting.
"And it does make you question yourself – if no one votes for me does that mean no one likes me?
It's not been plain sailing off the dance floor for Helen and Gorka after the pair revealed that they had been slapped with parking fines.
Speaking on Instagram, they told followers that they had an "interesting day".
The pro dancer said how he had a flat tyre, before he turned the camera onto Helen.
"I've had three parking tickets in a week," the presenter told Gorka's followers.

"I thought I had paid on the app, but I paid for parking at the wrong car park.
"So, I have paid for my parking but not where my car is parked, so that's three tickets in one week."
Gorka, added: "What's funny is she got in the same day, in the same car park, two tickets. How is that even possible?"
