Helen Skelton was seen selling a number of possessions from her marriage to Richie Myler on a TV auction show.
The Strictly Come Dancing star split from her husband of eight years years in April this year - a few months after she gave birth to their third child.
In her latest TV appearance, Helen got rid of items from her time with the rugby star for cash as she became the latest star to film Celebrity Yorkshire Auction House.
In the show, which is set to air on Monday, Helen sold off an antique vaulting horse which was given to her and Riche as a present at their December 2013 wedding.
The mum was also happy to ditch two Art Deco armchairs and a Victorian dentist chair.
A source told The Sun: “Helen needed a huge sort out after the break-up and despite some of the items possessing many memories, she felt it was best she sold them on.”
On the show, Helen said: “This is a great opportunity to get rid of a load of stuff.”
Helen's 18 items overall are believed to have fetched £965 at auction, which can be seen on Monday night on Really.
The Mirror has approached Helen's reps for comment.
The Countryfile presenter, 39, and her three children have moved back in with her parents, in Cumbria, following her split with her husband of eight years.
The pair, who had lived in Leeds, announced their break-up in April, just four months after the birth of their third child, Elsie Kate.
The TV presenter and rugby player also share sons Ernie, seven, and Louis, five.
Speaking to The Telegraph in October, Helen said she has left Leeds and moved to her parents' home in the Lake District.
Speaking about life Cumbria, the star said: "I can get up in my pyjamas, pull my boots on, pull my dad's coat on, walk across the fields with the dog and what a joyous way to start the day."
Helen also touched on how she feels after the split, explaining she doesn't see herself as a victim.
"There are a lot of people who have been in my situation who haven't been given the opportunities that I've got," she said.
Helen and her pro partner Gorka Marquez has been amazing viewers on the Strictly dancefloor with their routines, and she's definitely got ex contestant Ellie Taylor's backing for the glitterball trophy.
On Sunday night, comedian Ellie and her professional dancer partner Johannes Radebe became the ninth couple to exit the show.
Appearing on Lorraine on Tuesday morning to lift the lid on her life-changing Strictly experience, Ellie dished the dirt on who she hopes will scoop the winner title for the 2022 series.
"There are some belters left in the competition. The rest of the guys left in, I mean, all of them could end up in the final," Ellie gushed.
"But, I would probably say I am team Helen. Because I love her and I think it would be brilliant for her. She's done so well and she's really blossomed and it would be a brilliant end of the year for her," she added.
