Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skelton is promising 'a lot of hip action' in a lot of 'fun' in her upcoming sexy salsa with pro dance partner Gorka Marquez this weekend.
The Countryfile presenter turned dance sensation is gearing up for this weekend after scoring big last Saturday. The Cumbrian, who recently broke up with Leeds Rhinos ex husband Richie Myler, is now becoming one of the favourites to win the whole thing after a run of high scoring dances.
And on Strictly It Takes Two on Thursday night, viewers were given a glimpse into how training is going for the pair.

Both Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez are clearly rehearsing a very sexy salsa. Helen is seen grabbing Gorka and wrapping her legs around him, before arching her back, turning away and then shimmying to one side with her hands on her hips, sticking her bum out.
She then turns and shakes her hips as Gorka looks on.
Helen Skelton said: "The salsa strikes me as a party dance, a fun dance. Big smiles, so it should be a carnival atmosphere, hopefully."
Gorka added: "The salsa is all about move the hips, the shoulders. Lots of shimmies and hip action. I think Helen is going to have a lot of fun with this dance."
Helen added: "It's fun, it's lifts and tricks. The only thing he said to me going into this week was 'Are you ready to fly?"

Helen also posted on her Instagram tonight, with a special message she received from Debbie McGee.
Debbie told her: "Hi Helen it's me Debbie McGee and I just want to say you're doing brilliantly, I'm loving watching you and give that Gorka a big hug from me."
The tease from Helen and Gorka came as It Takes Two viewers were given a glimpse into how the training is going for each couple.
Katya Jones and Tony Adams seemed to battle problems with rehearsal for their routine.
Katya told viewers: "Today has been a testing day. His reaction to that seems to be the noise that I'm used to by now. Fear."
Tony added: "Hopefully, it's going to improve."
Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC1 on Saturday, November 12.
Strictly It Takes Two returns on Friday night on BBC2 where Helen and Gorka will take to the sofa with Rylan Clark alongside Kym Marsh and Graziano.
