Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton spoke out after surviving another week of the BBC dance contest, having been left until the final three couples on stage before finding out she was safe.
Helen was looking worried as the made it down to the final three dance couples on stage, before Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman announced that it would be James Bye and Amy Dowden who would be facing Fleur East and Vito Coppola in the dance-off.
Helen didn't look too happy though even after finding out she was safe, simply turning to face James and Amy to clap for them in support in solemn silence.

That dance-off saw Eastender James Bye ultimately sent home, but Claudia caught up with Helen just before the dance-off verdict.
Claudia said to Helen: "Helen, I believe your local coffee house is now covered in billboards of the two of you?"
Helen told her: "We buy a lot of coffee there. At first you were really surprised weren't you [Gorka]. It's Cumbria, I'm related to half of them.
"People have been so nice to us so we're very grateful, thankyou."
And Gorka Marquez took to his Instagram after the results went out to add his own message to fans.
He said: "That was scary... Thank you so much to everyone who voted for us. It means the world! Grateful to get to dance for another week with Helen Skelton."
