Giovanni Pernice has sent a clear snub in the direction of Strictly Come Dancing bosses, by telling fans that he won't do the show's live tour next year, even if he wins.
Having won Strictly at the end of 2021, Giovanni was back in the BBC ballroom last year, however there was to be no repeat of his Glitterball success with EastEnders star Rose Ayling-Ellis, as he and The One Show's Richie Anderson were the second couple to be given the boot from the programme.
That meant that former champion Giovanni played a background role for the rest of the series and then, when it came to the announcement of the line-up for the Strictly Live Tour 2023, his name was nowhere to be seen. While co-stars like Vito Coppola, Carlos Gu and Nikita Kuzmin travelled to arenas across the UK with their celeb partners, Giovanni hit the road with his own tour, Made in Italy.

And, as he continues to pack out venues with that show, Giovanni has already announced another tour for next year, which he is promising will be his biggest yet. Let Me Entertain You will kick off in January 2024.
Revealing all, Giovanni shared a photo of the mammoth list of tour dates, Giovanni to9ld fans: "if you don’t see your local venue in the list is Because the show is going to be bigger than ever...so maybe the stage Doesn’t fit our set … ( so you can have an idea of how big I want it to be"
But it was a response he gave to a fan that was the most telling. In the comments thread one follower asked him: "What if you win strictly? Will you not be going on the strictly tour?" And, giving a swift response, Giovanni replied in a very direct manner, writing : "nope !!"
News of Giovanni's new tour comes as it's being reported that he and fellow Strictly pro Jowita Pryzstal have called time on their romance, due to their busy schedules.
