Strictly Come Dancing's toughest judge Craig Revel Horwood has revealed that he is surprised by the final seven contestants. He believed that DJ Tyler West would make it further in the competition after he was voted out on Sunday night.
This comes after Craig did not vote to save Tyler in the dance-off, choosing instead to save singer Molly Rainford. Speaking on Strictly It Takes Two, Craig said it was "really disappointing" that Tyler was no longer in the competition.
He said: “I did think Tyler would have gone through, it's just one of those things. I think this happens every year where we get two really good dancers that are put into the bottom two and we’ve got to choose out of them and it's really disappointing but that's the way it is."

When asked why he chose to save Molly in the dance-off he explained she was "really really good" technically and had improved from the first time she danced. He said: "Her energy, also the fact that technically I thought she was really really good, she was clean, she was precise, she was sharp...she was a little bit heavy the first time she danced it, the second time she danced it in the dance-off, she was a lot lighter."
Viewers were not happy that Tyler had been sent home and believed that he should have stayed on the show. Many took to Twitter to air their thoughts.
One said: "Strictly did Tyler and Dianne dirty this week and I’ll stand by that" and another added: "Aw no!! Wrong decision #StrictlyComeDancing".
A third said: "Well that is the total wrong decision. Judges got that SO wrong #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing" and: "Absolutely gutted for @TylerWestt and @dbuzz6589 should not have gone home!! #StrictlyComeDancing". A fifth said: "@bbcstrictly terrible terrible decision to see Tyler go. #StrictlyComeDancing"
