Strictly Come Dancing star Craig Revel Horwood slammed a troll who claimed he was 'unfriendly' to them.
The person claimed they met the 58-year-old while going to see The SpongeBob Musical and took to Twitter to complain about the star.
"Just met you in the lobby going to see Spongebob Squarepants," they wrote.
"You really couldn't care less for your fans. Could have been more friendly at least."
Craig soon noticed the tweet and took the time to set the record straight to the troll and to his fans.
"Hi Lynette I’m sorry you feel that way," he said.
"I stopped, talked & had photos with at least 30 people at interval. Hope you enjoyed the show darling!"
Fans immediately rushed to the comment section to defend Craig and share their own experiences with him.
"We waited for Craig at the stage door in Liverpool following his performance in Annie and he was super friendly and took time for pictures and autographs with everyone," one user said.
Craig responded: "I always do and thank you for coming."
"Me thinks someone believes your act of being a bad guy on strictly. I admire you for the roles you play and dont't think you mind a good laugh in your shows. Thank you for everything you give to your fans," another posted.
He replied: "And thank you for the support."
It comes after Craig opened up about his plans for his 60th birthday as well as his plans for Strictly Come Dancing.
He plans to continue to work in the theatre and sit on the judging panel of the BBC One ballroom show, which he has been a part of for almost 20 years.
He recently said: “It’s only one year to my 60th year, I’m going to make the most of that, I tell you. I’m embracing it, I’ve been looking forward to it.”
Craig is the only remaining judge from when Strictly began in 2004 when he sat on the panel with Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Arlene Phillips.
When Craig, was working as a dancer he had planned on retiring at 50, but outside Strictly, he has kept working in theatre as a director and choreographer
