Strictly result 'ruined' by Gabby Logan as BBC host asks awkward question to Tyler West

Gabby Logan unintentionally 'ruined' this week's Strictly Come Dancing result by asking a very telling question to contestant Tyler West as he prepared to run the London Marathon on Sunday.

KISS FM radio host Tyler took to the start line in the capital along with tens of thousands of others as he prepared to take on the 26 mile course, hours after he and professional Strictly partner Dianne Buswell earned a very respectable 31`out of 40 for the week two jive.

All four judges, especially Shirley Ballas, heaped praise on Tyler as he finished within a whisker of top spot on the leaderboard, after fans branded him as 'one to watch' this year. Dianne joined the DJ as he was interviewed live on the BBC by sports anchor Gabby, who was fronted the broadcaster's Marathon coverage.

Former Strictly star Mark Wright was also in shot as Gabby talked to the trio, before making it obvious that, while the Strictly results show is on Sunday night, the outcome was already done and dusted, having been filmed after the live show on Saturday.

Confirming that Tyler didn't go home, Gabby asked him: "As a massive Strictly fan, what's the next dance? Can we get a little sneak peek?" Tyler went to answer before former finalist Dianne jumped into interrupt: "Well, we need to see if we got through first," letting out a rather nervous laugh as she did.

Realising she'd let the cat out of the bag, Gabby then replied: "Yes, of course...sorry! We'll find out. I wonder if you do," as she held her finger up to her cheek and mimicked a puzzled look, adding: "Thirty one points and the real deal."

While the pretence is still very much there that the results are as live on Sunday, the first Strictly spoiler of the new series surfaced online in the early hours of Sunday morning, with plenty of fans shocked and rather upset at the identity of the couple who got the boot.
