Strictly Come Dancing celebrities were moved to tears after Hamza received a perfect score of 40 for his finale performance.
The CBeebies presenter performed his African-inspired Couple's Choice routine alongside partner Jowita Przystał to Jerusalema, which saw him earn his first ever perfect score.
The vibrant routine was the nature TV presenter's third and final dance of the Strictly Come Dancing finale as he competed to see if he could win the Glitterball trophy.
Earlier in the show, Hamza looked devastated after judges picked up on mistakes in his ballroom inspired showdance. Discussing the dance backstage with Claudia Winkleman, Hamza admitted the dance had been "nerve wracking" before breaking down into tears.
Shaking off his downhearted tears, Hamza came back to the Strictly dancefloor to perform his final dance of the night.
The wild and bold dance saw the typically shy Hamza throw off his worries as he embraced the
Head judge Shirley Ballas said he has "bounced" back after some mistakes earlier in the night. She told the pair: "Take a moment, take it in, you are what I call the true competitor... We are going to miss you, you are a star in your own right. Jowita, you are just beautiful. What a wonderful partnership."
Anton Du Beke appeared choked up as he praised Hamza for bringing such "joy" to the dance. Anton said: "I get a little emotional watching you dance because it's like the clouds part and the sun comes out. I've watched a lot of people dance in my life and I've found a lot of joy in watching you."
Even Craig Revel Horwood heaped praise onto the wildlife cameraman as he said: "You're everything I'm not. You spread joy to everyone."
Motsi Mabuse was the last to give her verdict as she added: "I'm going to try in the final not to cry but you broke me... You spread joy, you made us forget just for a millisecond. What ever happens tonight I want to thank you for that joy."
Upon joining fellow celebrities and Claudia Winkleman backstage, Hamza could barely speak as he explained why they chose to dance their afro-beats performance again.
Comedian and actress Jayde Jones could be seen wiping away tears as she listened to Hamza's humble explanation as he thanked viewers for all their support.
After the perfect score of 40 came in, Hamza could be seen sobbing into partner Jowita's shoulder as Jayde continued to tear up. Next to her, actress Kym Marsh could be seen wiping tears off her cheeks as the Strictly team celebrated Hamza's final dance.
The tears didn't go unnoticed by viewers, who were also moved themselves. One viewer tweeted: "From day 1 Hamza had all my votes. Hope you lift that glitter ball.
"You have brought me to tears watching you. I think the nation has a real crush on you. You’re such a humble and beautiful person and I wish you all the best for your future."
Another added: "Crying tears of joy at Hamza's final dance. A ray of bright sunshine in these dark times. Hamza for the win."
