Strictly Come Dancing fans were torn over Tess Daly's choice of outfit as the 2022 show launched on Friday night.
The highly-anticipated dance show finally returned to BBC One with Tess and her co-host Claudia Winkleman welcoming a new batch of celebrities to the floor.
Mother-of-two Tess opted for a pair of white tailored trousers for the occasion and paired them with a one-shouldered gold top.
The one long sleeve of the garment was seriously oversized and also featured a tasseled train which draped behind Tess' petite figure.
Tess, 53, accessorised the shimmery top with a pair of gold glittery heels and matching hoop earrings as she introduced the Strictly Come Dancing judges.
Despite being very excited about a new series of the show, viewers were slightly distracted by Tess' attire and took to Twitter to comment.
"Tess couldn’t find the other curtain. #Strictly," one person joked, while another said: "what in the tinfoil is Tess #Strictly #scd."
Someone else mocked: "I see there wasn’t enough white fabric to make Tess a top #Strictly," while a fourth person added: "Tess is wearing curtains again #Strictly."
A different viewer joked: "Hands up who dressed Tess in bacofoil? #Strictly," while another Strictly fan said: "Who dresses Tess and why do they still have a job? #Strictly."
Someone else joked: "Didn't they have time to finish Tess' outfit? #Strictly."
Meanwhile, Tess' co-host Claudia opted to wear very similar white trousers but paired hers with a sleek matching blazer and an impressive tan.
Claudia was left blushing during the launch show when she enjoyed an exchange with new professional dancer Carlos Gu.
During a chat with the newbies, Claudia said to Carlos: "You have come straight from competition world. Do you have a favourite dance?"
When Carlos told her it was the Rumba, Claudia was quick to ask him why.
Grabbing the dark-haired presenter, Carlos said: "Look at me darling, you feel the sensual touching..."
Giggling nervously, Claudia exclaimed: "I think I am pregnant!" as the rest of the dancers laughed.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday 24 September at 6:45pm on BBC One.
