Strictly Come Dancing's Helen Skelton was warned to 'believe in herself' by her professional dancing partner in tonight's episode.
Helen Skelton danced the Pasodoble on Saturday (October 15) night's episode of Strictly Come Dancing, where she told fans she was aiming to be a 'fierce, fiery woman.' But the TV presenter was told by her dance partner, Gorka Marquez, that she needs to 'believe in herself' before adding how good of a mum and beautiful person she is.

In tonight's episode of Strictly Come Dancing, Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez danced the Paso which judges dubbed as "fantastic."
Anton Du Beke said: "Fantastic fantastic job."
Motsi added: "You have a talent because you make the most difficult things look so easy. I just love watching you dance, you are a lot better than you realise." Motsi also implied that Helen needs to believe in herself.
But it was Helen's pofessional dance partner which warned her to have more faith in herself, he said: "You have been having a difficult time and you might feel like you aren't good enough.
"You are a good mum and are beautiful, but you don't believe in yourself, I believe in you and everyone here believes in you.
"You are the one who needs to believe in you, believe in you please."
Helen said: "I really enjoyed it, really enjoyed it this week. I have been terrified of that dance floor, I get what they are saying about self-belief, I am just getting there."
Fans of the show shared their encouragement for Helen. @ECWilsonWriter said on Twitter: "Feel bad for Helen - “you need to believe in yourself, we all do!” - not easy to do when you’ve been through what she has recently. She’s worth more than that cheating rat and I hope she starts to see her OWN worth soon."
@TrishB_585 tweeted: "#StrictlyComeDancing not Gorka making me cry with his lovely speech to Helen"
@MissPaget added: "Of course Helen needs a little more self-confidence, life has battered her recently, but she will bounce back and like Gorka: I believe in her."
This comes after Helen separated from her husband, rugby player Richie Myler, earlier this year, shortly after welcoming their third child together in December 2021. He is now dating Stephanie Thirkill and the new couple announced this week they are expecting a baby.
