BBC Strictly Come Dancing star Shirley Ballas has admitted she is terrified ahead of her "biggest challenge yet".
The professional dancer, 62, took to Instagram to issue a plea to fans as she will face her fears in memory of her late brother David, who died by suicide almost 20 years ago aged just 44. Shirley also said she recently lost a student, a 38-year-old woman, to suicide.
In a heartfelt video, Shirley said: "I’m absolutely terrified of heights. But nothing terrifies me more than the thought of losing another person to suicide."

Shirley explained she has taken on some personal challenges. She will take on a 100mph zipline, before being strapped to the wings of a "zooming" aeroplane, and then performing a 15,000 foot skydive.
She added: "Please donate whatever you can as I take on this challenge. Any small or large amount will be so highly appreciated. Any donation will help save a life. The link is in my bio. Xxxx"
Fans rushed to wish Shirley well in the comments section. Denise said: "Wow your amazing! Will be cheering you on xx", while Jack added: "Compassionate and caring. I wish you every success in completing the difficult tasks you have set yourself in the support of others. X"
Stephanie said: "Wow Shirley, what an amazing set of challenges. I'm completely in awe and totally jealous of you doing the zip-wire experience. We are a similar age and this might just have to go on my bucket list! Just off to donate to CALM. Thank you for sharing your experiences and for using them to motivate you to make a difference. Bravo missus and good luck".
