Strictly Come Dancing professional Carlos Gu has created a new rule for his celebrity partner.
The dancer has been paired with former X Factor contestant Molly Rainford on the ballroom show. Appearing on Loose Women on Wednesday the BBC show's contestants talked about taking part in the programme.
They revealed that Carlos was a "very strict" dance partner and had even requested that Molly stop dating while competing. The contestants laughed as Jane Moore asked about the "dating ban".

She said: "One of you have put a dating ban on the other. Which way around is it?"
Molly chuckled, before she said: "It was so funny because everyone was always asking who's into who on Strictly. I was like what time do you have to date?
"And then he was like no, you're not allowed anyway. You need to be practicing." Carlos chimed in as he said: "Very strict!"
They explained that they aren't expecting to win the show, but Carlos said they are "doing what they need to do" to approach the leader board. They are currently in the quarter finals after being in the competition for 10 weeks already.
