Strictly Come Dancing viewers flooded Helen Skelton with sweet support as dance partner Gorka Marquez tasked the mum of two with showing off her sexy side for week two.
The Countryfile presenter performed the Cha Cha tonight with Gorka Marquez after wowing the judges with her American Smooth last week.
Just before her performance viewers got to see a glimpse into her training session, were Gorka said she needed to be sexy for the routine to have more impact however Helen was quick to admit to finding it hard.

While chatting to Claudia after her performance she confessed: Viweres She went on to say: “Gorka said dance like you are in the club on a Saturday night.”
The mum then revealed: “I go to parties on a Saturday but trampoline parties, laser tag or soft play.”
Despite Helen insisting she was "not sexy" she managed to impress not only the judges but fans watching at home with her “beautiful performance.”
Viewers were quick to praise the mum on social media with some saying they can relate to her. @victoriadove_pr tweeted: “Totally relate to @HelenSkelton - when do working mums ever get the time to be sexy?! We’re all too knackered! Good luck Helen doing it for knackered mums everywhere #Strictly.”
