A 45 year-old man has been left shaken after being attacked by a gang of youths in Strathclyde Country Park.
He was cycling in the park near to the footpath which leads to Watling Street, Motherwell, at around 9pm on Saturday April 1, when he was approached and assaulted by a group of teenage girls and boys who also stole his bike.
The incident resulted in the man being taken to a nearby hospital and treated for his minor injuries.

The police are now appealing for any information which may be able to help with their ongoing enquiries.
"We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything or who has any information to contact 101, quoting incident number 3918 of 1 April 2023."
