Fans of Stranger Things have slammed a TikToker for making a video suggesting what plastic surgery she would give to Natalia Dyer. The 27-year-old from Nashville is famous for her role as Nancy Wheeler in the hit Netflix show.
The now-deleted video that went viral on TikTok on Sunday (July 24) features Nurse Practioner Miranda Wilson - who posts under the handle @Np.Miranda online - in front of an image of the Stranger Things star. The advanced injector based in California has come under fire after making suggestions about where she would administer cosmetic surgery to Dyer's face.
"If I was Natalia's injector, this is what I would do," the video began. "We'd start by treating those masseters and we all know how much I love treating masseters to help slim the face.

"Next, I would add a little bit of chin filler just to help fill out her chin and make her face more like a heart shape. Next I would add a little bit to the lips - just a little bit, nothing crazy just a nice pout."
The nurse goes on to say she would also give Natalia Botox and a brow lift to help open up her eyes, and the video concludes with a heavily photoshopped version of the picture to show the potential changes to her face. Unsurprisingly, Stranger Things fans were quick to call out the TikToker, with some labelling it as "horrifying".
On Twitter, @savanimal42069 wrote: "Omg I literally screamed at the reveal. horrifying. this woman must be trying to make everyone awful looking so she can be the hottest person on earth."
While @ihcarama added: "This is an unbelievably gross thing to do omg." @etrnalsunsets agreed: "she’s literally drop dead gorgeous. I hate these kinds of tik toks."
@kepalaember continued: "OMG Natalia’s face is PERFECTION as it is. All of the things she wanted to “fix” a.k.a ruin are what gives her face character. PLEASE NATALIA DON’T LISTEN TO THEM YOU’RE SO SO SO PRETTY."
@GirlsGutsGiallx wrote: "I just don’t understand why people want everyone to look the same."
As it stands, the TikToker has not yet addressed the backlash she has received since posting the video, which has now been deleted from her profile.
Netflix has recently released the final few episodes concluding season 4 of Stranger Things and while there is no release date for the fifth season, show creators the Duffer Brothers have said it will be their last.
