Despite Rangers racing into a lead against St Johnstone, there is a "strange" atmosphere at a quiet Ibrox this afternoon.
Rangers were 3-0 up within 25 minutes in the Scottish Premiership contest but the fan discontent at the club leadership was evident with chants and banners inside the stadium.
The Union Bears - who are planning a walkout in the 55th-minute - unveiled a banner slaughtering the board over allowing standards to fall at the Govan club.
Chants of 'sack the board' and 'Rangers Football Club is in the wrong hands' could be clearly heard both within the ground and in coverage of the fixture.
The Rangers Review journalist Chris Jack revealed Ibrox is "very quiet" with the unusual factor contributing to a strange atmosphere.
A smaller number of supporters even clashed over the sentiment of the protests within the Ibrox Enclosure.

A statement from the Union Bears announcing their protest plans read: "The Union Bears alongside the Rangers Supporters Association urge all fans to leave the stadium in the 55th minute during tomorrow's match - to send a statement to the board. Just as they gave up on Rangers after our 55th title, we will no longer tolerate their incompetence, excuses and disrespect.
"The board used our 55th title as free reign to coast on success, masking their lack of vision and leadership while dragging the club into mediocrity. These actions may seem drastic but they are necessary. The board has failed us too long and our loyalty will no longer be used as a pass for their failure.
"The Rangers support cannot stop until there is accountability, ambition and leadership worthy of our club."
