Daniels recounted a meeting with Keith Davidson and others in her hotel room before the show took place. She mentioned that on January 30, 2018, she was given a statement denying any sexual encounter, which she signed as 'Stormy Daniels' in a manner she had never done before as a signal to Jimmy Kimmel.
Upon reflection, Daniels admitted that the statement she signed was false, indicating a discrepancy between her public denial and the actual events that transpired.
