Storm Eunice: Dublin Port announce partial temporary closure due to Yellow weather warning

Dublin Port has announced temporary closures of two of their sites on Friday due to Storm Eunice.

Met Eireann has issued a nationwide Status Yellow wind, rain and snow warning for Friday from 1am to 3pm.

Dublin Port Company announced that due to the imminent bad weather, they will be temporarily closing the Great South Wall and Bull Wall Bridge.

The Great South Wall will be shut from midnight on Friday until 11:59pm while Bull Wall Bridge will be closed from 10:00am to 4:00pm the same day.

Dublin Port Company said the closure times will continue to be reviewed and adjusted if necessary over the next 36 hours.

Met Eireann have warned that disruption during Storm Eunice is likely and there will be a possibility of spot flooding on the coasts.

The warnings will be updated on Thursday morning.
