Brace yourself to batten down those hatches as two storms are set to bring gale-force winds, rain, and perhaps snow to the North East of England this week.
The Met Office has named two storms and issued both yellow and amber weather warnings.
The more severe amber Storm Dudley warning for wind covers the entire North East.
Gusts will top 70mph early on Thursday morning in the Cheviots, Northumberland, The Met Office early forecast says, while Newcastle can expect speeds of up to 60mph. The gusts will continue on Thursday, before dropping slightly, only for another Storm, Eunice, to strike on Friday.

Weather warnings are in place for Northumberland, County Durham, Tyne and Wear, the Scottish borders and Cumbria.
This week's storms follow Storms Arwen, Malik and Corrie, which caused building damage and led to power cuts in the North East.
When will Storm Dudley hit North East England - and what to expect
The Met Office has issued yellow and amber weather warnings for Storm Dudley.
The Met Office says: "Storm Dudley will bring period of very strong winds could cause some disruption later Wednesday and during Thursday."
A yellow wind warning covering the North East kicks in at 3pm on Wednesday February 16, followed three hours later by a more severe amber warning, which is set to be in place from 6pm on February 16 through to 9am on Thursday February 17.
The Met Office warns there is a "good chance" power cuts could happen the transport network may be affected and says to expect fallen trees and roof damage.
Expect rain from the early afternoon on Wednesday, with showers forecast from noon to 3pm in Newcastle according to early forecasts. The wind speeds should pick up around 3pm, and then get more severe from 6pm.
The Met Office's forecast for Newcastle says to expect gusts of up to 29mph at 3pm on Wednesday, rising to 44mph at 6pm and 49mph at 9am. The early hours of Thursday should bring Storm Dudley's strongest winds, with gusts approaching 57mph in Newcastle at 3am and 70mph in the Cheviot Hills between midnight and 6am.
Strong winds will continue throughout Thursday, but gust speeds are set to drop from up to 54mph at midday down to 33mph by 9pm.
But another storm is due to hit on Friday, Storm Eunice.
When will Storm Eunice hit the North East of England?
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for Storm Eunice, which includes Northumberland, County Durham and Tyne and Wear, along with all of England and Wales.
The wind speeds are not forecast to be as strong as Storm Dudley, with gusts only set to reach 40mph in Newcastle, although rain and even a chance of snow are likely on Friday morning, especially in higher-up areas.
Eunice's wind speeds peak during the daytime, which is likely to cause disruption. Early forecasts say to expect gusts of up to 25mph in Newcastle at 6am on Friday February 18, rising to 32mph at midday and 39mph by 6pm. Gusts of up to 30mph are forecast until around 6am on Saturday February 19.
As often is the case with storms, coastal and exposed high altitude areas should brace themselves for the most severe winds.
