Two men who were arrested on suspicion of murder have both been released from custody without charge.
Police confirmed a 38-year-old man, who was arrested in Cheshire, was bailed with conditions.
A 43-year-old man, who was arrested in St Helens over the weekend, had already been released under police investigation on Monday, February 14.

Both men were arrested after police were called to reports of a man acting suspiciously on the Runcorn Bridge, on Saturday, February 12.
A joint murder investigation between Merseyside Police and Cheshire Police was launched after witnesses reported seeing a man parking his car and acting suspiciously between 8.30pm and 9pm on the Silver Jubilee Bridge in Runcorn.
An underwater search unit was based at the scene, on Monday, February 14, as divers searched for evidence in the River Mersey.
Detectives confirmed that no body has been found.
In a previous statement issued by police, Detective Superintendent Steve Reardon said: "We have spoken to members of the public who have already come forward, and are grateful for their assistance.
"We are still very keen to speak to anyone else who may have driven across the Silver Jubilee/Runcorn Bridge between 8.30-9pm on Saturday, and saw a man acting suspiciously.
"You may have information that could prove vital to our enquiries as we try to piece together exactly what took place.
"We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who has dashcam and drove over the bridge at that time - please check for anything that might be significant and send it to us."
