Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis is reportedly considering the appointment of Steven Gerrard at Greek side Olympiacos.
Marinakis owns the Greek Super League side alongside the Reds, with Olympiacos sitting third in their league after being knocked out of the Greek Cup last week over two legs against AEK Athens.
And according to reports he is considering Gerrard for the role of manager, with the Liverpool legend out of work since being sacked by Aston Villa in October last year. Villa have since been transformed by Unai Emery who has lifted the Villans up to sixth in the Premier League.

But Gerrard could be set for a return to management with Greece's sport-fm claiming that Olympiacos are considering him for the role, as an alternative to former AC Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso according to Mail Online.
It is reported the Italian would like to take his time to evaluate the position on offer as he looks to take charge of a Greek club for the first time in his managerial career. Olympiacos reportedly consider Gattuso as their first-choice but won't hold out for an indefinite period of time and are looking at alternative options as well.
Gerrard is claimed to be among those names but it is not clear whether he would be interested in uprooting and moving across Europe.
