He might be the manager of Manchester United, but there is still an aura of mystery surrounding Erik ten Hag.
His official unveiling earlier in the week shed fresh light on the latest man tasked with the privilege and pressure of rebuilding such an important football institution, and in the next few weeks, even more information will surface on the latest occupant of the Old Trafford hot seat.
So far, the sounds have been promising. Ten Hag impressed with his warm and welcome approach at the club and spoke with a sense of realism at his first press conference, confident in his own abilities but also well aware of the enormous job he has to do.

The appointment of Mitchell van der Gaag and Steve McClaren to assist him might not be the two most glamorous backroom staff additions, but their experience working together is priceless, and it is clear they are fully committed to making things work for the poster boy of the new era.
"The last seven days have epitomised that again," McClaren said on the McClaren Performance podcast. "The attention to detail, all the detailed planning, which he wants to get right. That is from the day after he won the championship with Ajax. He's onto the next thing. A little bit like what Sir Alex Ferguson used to do.
"But we just want to support Erik and make him successful, and if he is, then the team is."
Ten Hag showed his respect to Ajax by focusing fully on them while he was still employed by the club, but it is a testament to his own drive and determination that as soon as his job there was done, he switched his intense focus on to life at United.
Implementing the right work ethic and attitude will be the most crucial characteristics in his rebuild this summer and in order to do that successfully, it must stem from the top.
McClaren added: "The work ethic and the attention to detail has just been exemplified in the last seven days where he's practically met every member of staff who he is going to work very closely with and in detail has worked out the plan - what each person's job is."
Such clarity is also a key component of any successful team, and under previous regimes, there have been huge question marks about certain individuals at the club and what they actually do.
Ten Hag has made it clear that accountability will be an important factor for him during his time at United, and he wants everyone to be pushing in the same direction with the same intense commitment he will be bringing to the role himself.
"The confidence is that I have a good feeling with the people around," he stated at his debut press conference when asked why he was confident of doing a job that so many others had failed. "I have a good feeling from the meetings. We have a plan and now is about getting the plan done, to get it into process.
"To co-operate, to be consistent in our plan, and when we have good people around with the right connection and the right commitment, we will achieve the success we want to."
In less than a week, Ten Hag has made many United fans dream again, but it would be delusional to think this feeling was far different from the rejuvenated feeling experienced in past summers too.
Such excitement needs to be met with an air of caution for a club that has suffered from such complacency in the past, though McClaren's insight has certainly been music to supporters' ears.
